This Iberian acorn Ham comes in a presentation of 100g and 250g of thin slices vacuum packed. Our pigs are free to wander through the pasture forests located between Cespedosa del Tormes and Guijuelo where they consume a natural acorn diet which gives them that characteristic flavor.
Our sliced ham come to your hands in a vacuum packed, so its preservation does not represent any complication.
Once opened, if your consumption is going to be in a course of more than 4 days, it is advisable to place a folded paper towel in the bottom of an airtight plastic container. Remove the ham from its original packaging and place it on top of the paper towel. Place another towel on top of the ham and close the container
It is better to store between 2 ° C and 4 ° C.
Without opening its original packaging can be stored for more than 1 month
Unpacking is recommended to consume between 4 and 9 days after opening the original packaging
Since it is cured ham it can be conserved more time, but we recommend these dates.
